Policies

Delivery Information:

A delivery option is available. Delivery includes assembly, set up and removal of all packaging materials. Delivery does not include removal of old furniture and/or the rearranging of furniture. Removal of old furniture is available for a fee on a per item basis.


Please ensure that the area where you would like your furniture is free and clear of old furniture and any items that may obstruct the passageway of the delivery team. Our employees cannot be responsible for moving your existing furniture, televisions, stereo equipment or other household belongings. Additionally, please keep children and/or pets secure during the delivery. An additional delivery fee will be assessed if there is no one home to accept the delivery and we need to return at a later scheduled time. Delivery charges are not refundable after merchandise has been delivered.


Customer Pick Up

Same day pickup is available when purchases are in stock. If you plan on picking up on a certain day, please call at least 24 hours ahead so we can prepare your load out.


Our staff will load all items into your vehicle or trailer, however it is up to you to secure them down to your vehicle or trailer. Please bring proper materials needed to do so.


Special Order Items

We require a minimum 30% deposit on all special orders, as your good faith commitment to the merchandise and is non-refundable. Special orders are custom made for you and are non-cancelable after 3 days. Be assured that we will do everything in our power to get your furniture here as soon as possible, and you will be notified when it arrives. We will not, however, be responsible for unanticipated delays caused by the factory, strikes, or freight companies, and we cannot, therefore, guarantee a delivery day. We will provide our best estimate of anticipated arrival time when you place your order.


Stock Items

Refunds will be made only if a sale is cancelled within 30 days of date of purchase. If your sale is not cancelled within 30 days, the sale is subject toa charge 30% of the purchase price of any item(s) that are cancelled. Fabric and leather protection warranties and other extended warranty products are notrefundable once the extended warranty is processed and activated.


Service and Repair

All claims for damages, including concealed damages, must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Warranties do not apply to “AS IS” or “CLEARANCE” merchandise, or conditions of ordinary wear, soiling and defects resulting from negligence, accidents, improper use, or fading, pilling, and pets. We will honor manufacturer’s stated warranty policies. Our Customer Service department can answer other questions relating to your warranty service. There is no warranty for commercial use. Please contact our service coordinator or your sales associate with questions or concerns.

Layaways

Layaways are restricted to 90 day maximum. We require a 20% minimum deposit on all layaways. Merchandise must be removed from the premises within 90 days of the date of purchase. Cancellation of layaways after 15 days from, date of purchase will result in forfeiture of deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price.
