Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your newest furniture purchase. That’s why we offer our return policy in case your new sofa or recliner just isn’t working out.



Stock Items

With items that are in-stock, we offer a 30 day return policy. Refunds will be made only if a sale is canceled within 30 days of the purchase date. If your sale is not canceled within those first 30 days, the sale is subject to a charge that is 50% of the purchase price of any item(s) that are canceled. Fabric and leather protection warranties and other extended warranty products are nonrefundable once the extended warranty is processed and activated.



Special Order Items

For items that are special/custom orders, we require a minimum 50% deposit as your good faith commitment to the merchandise. This deposit is non-refundable. Special orders are custom made for you and are therefore not able to be canceled. Be assured that we will do everything in our power to get your furniture here as soon as possible, and you will be notified when it arrives. We will not, however, be responsible for unanticipated delays caused by the factory, strikes, or freight companies, and we cannot, therefore, guarantee a delivery day. We will provide our best estimate of anticipated arrival time when you place your order.
