Inspired by a mid-18th Century two-door cabinet found in France, the Traditions Entertainment Console is finished in the vintage chic soft white Magnolia finish. Crafted of Pine and Oak Veneers with Maple Inlay and a starburst veneer pattern front, the console has 4 doors, with one adjustable shelf behind each left and right door. There’s one adjustable shelf behind the pair of center doors, a ventilated back panel and an FC705 3-plug outlet. Inspired by a two-week trip through Europe in search of architecture and antiques full of vintage character, Hooker Furniture introduces the Traditions Collection. Targeting a design-oriented consumer with a sophisticated style, the whole home collection – one of the largest in company history – uses familiar forms to present a nostalgic, yet comfortable aesthetic. Layered with fresh elements, the group offers an updated presentation that speaks to a storied past, yet easily transitions into today’s interiors.

Finish Construction:
Hooker Furniture utilizes a multiple-step finish process of up to 16 finish steps. This results in an unsurpassed clarity, depth and color richness and durability to our finishes. Through hand-craftsmanship such as rubbing and padding, our finishes feel as good as they look, with a smoothness that is delightful to the touch.
Finish Description:
Magnolia: a soft white finish. Distressing includes rasping, wormholes and sandblasting. Hardware is a creamy white teardrop pull with rub-through.
Frame Construction:
Hooker Furniture uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.
